SHIPPING POLICY

Express (Next Day) Shipping

All products are shipped within 2-3 working days. This can be 4-5 working days around seasonal events (Christmas, Easter, Valentines Day etc.)

 

All Brownie, Blondie & Cookie orders will be shipped via an express next day shipping service, due to our products having fresh ingredients we want our customers to have maximum time to eat our gorgeous products before they pass their use before date. However we cannot always guarantee your brownies will be delivered next day as once they are passed to the postal service this is out of our control. We cannot except any responsibility for any products that are not delivered Next Day but are dispatched on time. If for any reason our products cannot be shipped on time, we will always contact you before shipping and a refund will be issued if you are not happy with this new ship date.

Standard Shipping

All non Brownie, Blondie & Cookie orders will be shipped via a standard 2-3 day service unless an Express Service is selected and purchased at the checkout. Again we cannot always guarantee your products will be delivered within this 2-3 day period as once they are passed to the postal service this is out of our control. We cannot except any responsibility for any products that are not delivered within the stated standard shipping time above but are dispatched on time. If for any reason our products cannot be shipped on time, we will always contact you before shipping and a refund will be issued if you are not happy with this new ship date.
